WHY WE DO THIS.

We LOVE a good lobster roll. Plain and simple. So a good lobster roll was what we set out to make for ourselves. Then we thought, why keep this to ourselves when we could share it with the rest of ya’ll? So then became Mobster Lobster….

OUR ROLLS.

Every roll is meticulously crafted from bread to garnishing. We only use fresh, wild caught Canadian lobsters that we bring in 4 times a week. Our brioche bun comes from a small batch baker who makes the fluffiest, most decadent bun known to mankind.

Each of our rolls are filled with a quarter pound of pure knuckle, tail, and claw lobster meat. No fillers, ever.
